Before I began my fitness journey, like many men, my energy levels were low.  I was dealing with work and life stress and neglecting my health in pursuit of my career. Through consultation and testing I found that my Testosterone was low, thus began the venture into TRT.  The most frustrating part of this process was fighting against the stigma, and quite frankly, ignorance surrounding “Performance Enhancing Drugs.”  Not ever being one to settle for average, the idea that I should settle for “normal” with my health seemed silly.  I WANT OPTIMAL not normal.   I want to feel the best I can, and perform the best I can, while also being responsible with my health. And I want to use whatever advantage I responsibly can to help me achieve these goals.

When I posted transformation pics I received a great deal of positive responses and support, but I also received many comments about how I was “cheating” and using steroids. To this my reply was, “steroids? No. I’m California Natty.” Hence the brand was born. California Natty means using and supplementing with things to assist in achieving optimal health and sport performance, but in a responsible and informed way. It is not TRT, it is not TRT + or Sport TRT but it is also not blasting grams of toxic substances into your body because some TikTok influencer says it's great.

California Natty is about using the minimum effective dose to achieve the maximum results, and making sure you are taking the proper support supplements to protect your health and longevity in the process.  California Natty means just the right amount, not abuse.  Some people believe that supplementation is cheating, but here at California Natty we believe that by not using all available resources to help your body function optimally, you’re actually cheating yourself.
